Program

• Candidates must report to the certification center at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
   

• The hotel does not provide heating.
   

• Before being allowed to enter the authentication room, you may be asked to verify your photo ID.
   

• Candidates should list all courses and studies/études performed on the registration form and take them to the certification center.
   

• Regardless of whether the choice is memorized or not, candidates should bring all music to the center. Copy music is not allowed during the exam.
   

• Recording equipment is not allowed in the certification room.
   

• Mobile phones are not allowed in the certification room.

Clothing

• It is recommended to wear casual or school uniform
   

• Collarless T-shirts and slippers are not allowed

 

Points and Refunds

• Points and refunds are only granted under three specific conditions
   

• Candidates who are unable to participate in the certification due to medical reasons (with a medical certificate) or sympathetic reasons or a direct conflict with the school exam are eligible to apply for the next registration (valid for one year) or a 50% refund of the certification fee
   

• Application for a refund or refund must be submitted to IPVAEB in writing, and an official certificate must be attached within 14 days from the scheduled certification date

 

Special needs

• Candidates with special needs should indicate in the registration form or online registration or when submitting

 

Certificate

• Certificates are issued to candidates who have successfully completed and passed their level requirements
   

• Candidates who have passed all technical skills (visual reading, scale, hearing and Étude components) and have merits will receive an additional certificate of excellence in recognition of their achievements
